Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa
Morning: Arrive at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa. Meet and greet by our tour representative.

Evening: Welcome dinner at a traditional Ethiopian restaurant with cultural music and dance.

Day 2: Addis Ababa – Bahir Dar
Morning: Flight to Bahir Dar.
Afternoon: Boat trip on Lake Tana to visit the ancient monasteries on the islands, including Ura Kidane Mihret and Azwa Mariam.
Evening: Sunset view over the Blue Nile River from Bezawit Hill.
Overnight: Hotel in Bahir Dar.
Day 3: Bahir Dar – Gondar
Morning: Visit the Blue Nile Falls (Tis Issat).
Afternoon: Drive to Gondar (approx. 3 hours). Check into your hotel.
Evening: Explore the historic castles and churches of Gondar, including Fasil Ghebbi (Royal Enclosure) and Debre Berhan Selassie Church.

Day 4: Gondar – Axum
Morning: Flight to Axum.
Afternoon: Guided tour of Axum’s historical sites including the famous stelae fields, the Church of St. Mary of Zion (home of the Ark of the Covenant), and the ruins of the Queen of Sheba’s palace.
Evening: Leisure time in Axum.

Day 5: Axum – Lalibela – Addis Ababa
Morning: Flight to Lalibela.
Afternoon: Tour of Lalibela’s rock-hewn churches, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Visit the most prominent churches including Bete Medhane Alem, Bete Maryam, and Bete Giyorgis.
Evening: Return flight to Addis Ababa. Farewell dinner and transfer to the airport for your departure.
